Zac Triemert is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology. Zac received his Master’s Degree in Brewing and Distilling from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland.



Zac has been a commercial distiller for the past 13 years and brewer for the past 20 years, all in Omaha. He founded Brickway Brewery and Distillery in 2013. Brickway, located in Omaha’s historic Old Market District.
